Acceptance
By creating an account and using Astolio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users — restaurant owners and anyone accessing a public menu page.
The service
Astolio provides digital menu software for restaurants. This includes a dashboard for managing menu items, banners, and QR codes, as well as a public-facing menu page accessible via QR code. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when setting up your account. You may not share your account with others or use it for any purpose other than managing your own restaurant. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your content
You own all content you upload to Astolio — menu items, images, banners, and restaurant details. By uploading content, you grant Astolio a limited licence to store and display it as part of the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload. Do not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on any third party's rights.
Payments
Astolio offers a monthly subscription and a once-off payment plan. Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time. Once-off payments grant permanent access to the platform as it exists at the time of purchase, plus all future updates. We do not offer refunds on payments already made, except where required by applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not use Astolio to promote illegal products or services, spread misinformation, harass or harm others, or attempt to access other users' accounts or data. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
Limitation of liability
Astolio is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Astolio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Astolio will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
